From the date of order receipt, all battery products come with the following guarantees:
1. Warranty Application Instructions
All returns and exchanges must first be approved by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. 30-Day Refund Policy
All batteries are covered by a 30-day refund guarantee. You may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for any reason.
Steps to follow:
- Contact customer service to obtain return instructions and an RMA number;
- Return the product according to the instructions, ensuring it is unused and all accessories are included.

3. 12-Month Warranty
Terms of Service
Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the battery experiences any non-human damage, you may apply for repair or replacement services.
To apply for warranty service:
- Provide clear videos or photos as proof of the issue;
- Contact the official email or use the "Contact Us" page to submit your request.
⚠️ Special Note:
Batteries are consumable items, and their capacity naturally declines over time. This is considered normal and is not covered under the warranty.
Warranty Process
Contact Customer Service → Request approval and obtain an RMA number → Return the product → Processing and Resolution
- Contact Us: Please reach out through the "Contact Us" page to seek assistance.
- Approval and RMA: Upon approval, our support team will send the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via email. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.
- Return the Product: The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. The returned product must be delivered within this period. Please provide the relevant courier and tracking information when sending the product to help us monitor the return process.(Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be processed by our after-sales department.)
- Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the product. If approved, we will replace the product within 2-7 working days.

4. Staged Warranty Policy
Based on the duration of use, we offer the following staged after-sales policy:
- 0–6 months: If the battery experiences non-manmade issues, we will provide a free replacement and cover the shipping costs.
- 7–9 months: If a quality issue arises, customers may choose either a 50% refund or a replacement battery (shipping costs for replacement to be covered by the customer).
- 10–12 months: If a fault occurs within the warranty period, customers may choose either a 30% refund or a replacement battery (shipping costs for replacement to be covered by the customer).

5. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms;
- Products that have exceeded the 12-month warranty period;
- Damage caused by user error or inadequate protective measures;
- Damage caused by fire, water, war, or other acts of force majeure;
- Products that have been dismantled, tampered with, or lack a warranty label;
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorised third parties;
- Capacity degradation resulting from normal use over time.
6. Special Cases Handling
- Damage during packaging or transport: Please ensure you record a complete unboxing video. If any damage caused by transport is found, we will offer a free replacement upon receipt of the video evidence.
- Compatibility or functional issues: If the product is unusable due to compatibility problems or battery quality issues, a return and refund will be arranged.
- Recurring issues after replacement: If the same problem recurs after replacement and it is confirmed not caused by human factors (verified by our official inspection), we will refund 50% of the order amount as final compensation, and after-sales service will then be terminated.
7. Shipping Fee Policy
- Warranty claims due to transport damage: Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
- Battery cannot be charged:
- Within 0–6 months of purchase: Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
- Within 7–12 months of purchase: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (please contact customer service for the specific amount).
